What counts as a monitored asset?
A domain, server or cloud account you monitor with Vardion. Names under your domains do not count extra.
How is staff size counted?
By your company's headcount, not by the people who sign in. Users are unlimited.
What if we go over the asset limit?
We tell you and quote the next step. Nothing stops working.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, from €350 a month, cancellable with a month's notice. Yearly billing costs about two months less.
How do we pay?
By invoice and bank transfer, yearly in advance or monthly.
Can I run Vardion on my own server?
Yes, on any plan. We quote it with your plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything at any time. When you cancel, we give you a full export and delete your data within 30 days, confirmed in writing.
Is there a discount for groups or several years?
Yes, on the quote, which states your price and its term.
What does the self-hosted licence include?
Updates and support for its term, as the CRA statement sets out.
