4. The domain check

The free domain check reads public DNS records and public certificate logs about the domain entered and sends nothing to that domain's servers. It may be used only for a domain that the visitor controls or is authorised to assess. The number of checks is limited per visitor, per network and per day, and Vardion may decline any check. The result is provided for information.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, the Vardion name and the Vardion logo, belongs to Vardion or its licensors. It may not be reproduced without written permission, except for quotation with attribution.

6. The Vardion software

Use of the Vardion software is governed by a separate licence or service agreement. These terms do not grant any right to use the software.

The website describes the Vardion software and its features. The information does not constitute legal or regulatory advice, and the features available to a customer are those set out in its agreement.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Vardion is not responsible for the content of those websites.

Where permitted by law, Vardion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
